Wide Gamut
The term extended gamut refers to a color space that goes well beyond the visible palette of conventional LCD monitors. Depending on the model, it covers up to 100% of the NTSC color space and 99% of the Adobe-RGB color space. The colors on these monitors provide a realistic image quality never seen before in an LCD monitor.
