Point spacing (pitch)
Dot pitch refers to the distance between the centers of the RGB phosphors that make up the color triad. A smaller distance usually means higher resolution is possible. For Trinitron monitors, dot pitch refers to the distance between the centers of the vertical holes in the grid.
